Address is 813 S. 9th Street. We are presently staying at 1069 Island Way, but are offering this home nearby, 813 S. 9th Street. This older classic and coveted neighborhood with sidewalks has scenic view to park and waterfront. Kitchen and bathrooms were remodeled December 2016. The kitchen has refinished hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances (side by side refrigerator), white shaker cabinets and granite counter tops. This two bedroom/2 bath also has a trundle bed in another room! The eat-in kitchen has a small dining table and dining room seats 6. Note: the reviews on this site are for 1069 Island Way because we have just started offering this home. We are staying a 1069 Island Way and may offer you a place to dock a boat, if desired.

Please "E-mail owner" personally through this website. I would give you rates and e-mail you a Rental Agreement for your approval, completion and return to me. Prior to check in the remaining balance is due along with a separate $500 damage deposit check which may be destroyed after departure.
