Glenelg is one of Adelaide's most vibrant suburbs and has something for everyone.
The unique shopping precinct offers world class retail shopping and there is an array of cosmopolitan cafes, restaurants and bars right on your doorstep.

The unit is on the first floor of a group of 12. It is very spacious and has large windows in every room allowing plenty of light and sea breezes.

The open plan lounge dining and kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a very comfortable stay.

Bedroom 1 has a king bed that can be converted to 2 single. The second bedroom is a little smaller with 2 singles that can be pushed together to form a queen. All quality linen is provided.

The bathroom consists of shower, bath, vanity and toilet. A washing machine is situated in the kitchen with access to clothes lines just out rear door.

Free WIFI

A ducted reverse cycle air conditioner provides warmth in winter and cool in summer.
A keyless coded entry is on both front and rear door making check in and out very easy.

One car park space is provided at rear of unit in Jetty Street.

Cosy place to stay

The apartment had everything we needed and was a very cosy place to stay. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance and an easy jump on the tram to get around. Very clean and quiet.

Stay at the Bay

An excellent property in an ideal location for the many events in Glenelg. Quiet street but only a short walk to Jetty Road. Close to restaurants, shops and tram to the city. Friendly neighbours. Spacious unit. Very clean.

I am a horticulturalist by trade and owned and operated a plant nursery for 13 years in the Alice Springs. My husband John is a builder and together we have always had a passion for property. This passion has led me to the career change and establishing my holiday rental business.

I established my holiday rental business in 2008. I am currently managing 6 properties.2 in the City centre, 1 in North Adelaide and 3 in the beachside suburb of Glenelg.

Having a small portfolio of properties definitely keeps me busy. I like to maintain all properties myself to ensure I am providing guests with a property of the highest possible standard.

The tram stop is a very short walk and this will allow easy access into Adelaide city. Also many bus routes operate from Jetty Rd
