This beautiful beach house is perfect for families or couples. It has a full kitchen with oven, cooktop, microwave and dishwasher. It has a gas BBQ and undercover outdoor area. The main bedroom has an ensuite and the main bathroom a separate bath. There is a full laundry with washing machine and dryer. Three of the bedrooms have built in wardrobes and fans with air conditioning in the main living space.

The house is 2 minutes’ walk to the beautiful Warana Beach, 5 mins drive to Mooloolaba and 15 minutes to Caloundra. The house is also located 5 mins drive from the new Sunshine Coast hospital precinct.

Located in a peaceful neighbourhood surrounded by beautiful palm trees & friendly people. Walking distance to a several coffee shops including B fresh deli and Jimmy’s, a local bottle shop, fruit shop and Asian take away.

Dinner options also include Pt Cartwright Seafood Market so why not take some fish and chips to the beach or take a 5 minutes’ drive to the fabulous restaurants of Mooloolaba.

Take the kids to Sea Life Sunshine Coast, Aussie World or walk around the Point Cartwright lighthouse and watch the sunset. For any cold wet days take the family to the Big Boing Indoor Trampoline Parks or Rockit Climbing Gym which are both around the corner.

Treat yourself to a whale watching tour leaving daily from Mooloolaba or go on a deep sea fishing charter.

Great location, walking to the beach and shops. There was 7 of us, mum and Dad, sister and her husband, and me with my two adult children, the bedroom was bit small for us, but we still made it work. In the afternoon you get a beautiful cool breeze, and my dad love cooking on the barbecue. And we could fit all 3 cars parked inside / keep safe. Thank you for letting us stay 😀

Fantastic house very close to beach.

This is a great place to stay. Any queries we had before or after booking were answered promptly and informatively. Entrance instructions were easy to follow. The house is lovely, with everything you could possibly need provided (even beach towels, which is very rare). We were a party of 4 to 6 adults, a toddler and a baby and were all very comfortable. As well as having a travel cot and high chair, there were lots of playthings to keep the children happy, and even buckets and spades for the beach. There is a shady outdoor area with a nice back yard which is also great for kids. The arrival gifts were also greatly appreciated. Location is superb. Just a very short walk to the shady park and beach, and an easy walk to coffee shops, fruit store and butcher. Super markets are just a few minutes drive away, as are various restaurants and tourist spots. We all enjoyed our stay very much, and heartily recommend this house. Well done Trish and Chris!

Great location!

Lovely house so close to everything you could want. We didn't use the car all weekend! The house itself was well set out, the check-in process was super easy and the owner very responsive to communications. We're keen to come back another time.

Why they chose this property

We love our beach house, it's perfect for our family. The kids enjoy playing in the park, the short walk to the local shops and two minutes walk to the beach. The local markets are a great weekend activity.

Our single level home is great also great for young children as there are no stairs. We home you enjoy our place as much as we do.
