A family reunion in paradise

We had an absolutely marvelous time here in Islamorada. We rented to two upstairs units. They were beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed. The location was ideal, between the Atlantic and the Gulf. My grandson had a great time fishing in the canal at the back, and the girls loved the beautiful swimming pool. It was great to have access to the private beach a n easy walk away. We found this to be the best beach in the Keys. I loved that there was plenty of shade as well as beautiful crystal clear water. We enjoyed relaxing time in the adorondact chairs on the patio and we even saw manitee swim by in the canal. Walter was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this place.

Do yourself a favor and book with Walter and family!!

Everything about this trip was great. Walter (and family) were excellent hosts for our stay. We visited with our two kids, their spouses, and our grandchildren (ages 5 & 7) for a total of 8 guests. Both of the units currently available are upstairs (2nd floor and easy stairs) and connect to each other via the back balconies. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets felt great. There were plenty of towels and beach towels to use as well. Walter also even found a bike with training wheels for my just turned 5-year-old grandson. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the necessary tools you could need to cook up some great meals and the kitchen tools were great quality as well. There are also grills on each of the front patios. He provided snorkeling equipment and was able to give great referrals for all sorts of things on the island. We didn't get to try his favorite restaurant but we did really enjoy a Cuban spot he recommended that was a very quick drive (or bike ride). If you are looking for a "fancy" space, this might not fit but if you're looking for a very, very comfortable, clean, and well-managed space that gives you an amazing trip, this is PERFECT! My daughter is in the Miami area and has already given Walter's number out to 3 different people and we will make sure this is where we stay when we return. The private beach was also a HUGE plus. Can't wait until the bottom floor is finished and we can bring a larger group. Walter is welcome to give my daughter's contact information out if anyone has any questions they would like to ask!

Islamorada Vacation

Great property with all amenities on canal with dockage. Minutes from private beach and shopping and short boat trip to reefs, sandbars, fishing and ocean side restaurants. We are going back soon!

This property was perfect for our vacation. The location was great. We rented the boat for the week and it made the vacation even better. We spent everyday on the water boating, fishing and snorkeling.

Islamorada house

The house is absolutely beautiful! It has everything you need to make you feel right at home. Very easy to find, and with a convenient Store right down the street, it’s location is perfect. The private beach was amazing as well. We did however have an issue with renting the boat offered along with this house. The evening before we were supposed receive the boat it was deemed the boat was not running correctly. So we had to start the cancellation process which left us with no boat and waiting for the return of our money. I feel the owner did attempt to help us find an alternate boat and did his best to get our money back as quickly as possible. Luckily we did have the means to rent another boat while waiting for the refund. And Jeff at mile marker 85 is the man to see if you need a boat!!! All in all everything was great, got our refund back the day we left. Would definitely stay here again!!!
