Quiet and cute

I like how this property is a little off the beaten path. The condo is cute with a little bit of a Retro Vibe. The bed is super comfy. Joann and her husband were very sweet.

Has potential to be great but needs a deep clean and some TLC

Too much “stuff” in closets, under bed etc. Unit needs a really good clean and removal of owners personal items. Bed was super comfortable and linens were nice. We were there for 2 months so could have used a few extras in the kitchen like a baking sheet and a salad spinner. If the weather is cool the heat is not really adequate. Location is a bit remote, no amenities within walking distance but great for desert walks. We felt safe and enjoyed our stay. Very quiet complex. Overall, once we cleaned to our standard place was good and Joann was good to deal with.

Not as advertised not in good neighborhood stone and gravel parking lot TV did not work terrible

Just terrible not very clean left on March 1st could not stay there place was a dump.

Great place to stay

This was a great place for my wife and I to get out of the cold. There is a hiking trail right across the street and others within a short drive. Access to shopping and restaurants is also very close. I had the disposal start to leak while I was there. I called the owner and she had a new one installed in a day. That was excellent responsive service.

Why they chose this property

It is not in the city type, its a great get away to enjoy the comforts of a country style living. Easy access to horses and pool side enjoyment. Private and secluded. Half hour from sky harbor airport. Walking trails across the street.

What makes this property unique

Tiled shower,with sliding doors. Mirrored sliding doors in bedroom. Rain glass window in bathroom and entrance way, No one can see in, but you get some light. Private patio with BBQ. There is a swing in the front to look out at the views and watch the rabbits.
