This remodeled Ski-in/Ski-out Breckenridge backs up directly to the 4 O'Clock ski run! This type of Ski-in/out property is RARE in Breckenridge, as you can actually walk outside to the Snowflake lift, which is just steps away and return at the end of the day to enjoy the hot tubs, sit by the wood burning fireplace, or make snow angels outside!

This updated home has new furnishings throughout. Beautiful lighting as well as tile flooring, carpet and paint. The kitchen has stainless appliances and granite throughout. This condo is on 1 level and is on the second floor and sleeps up to 6 people.

The Master Suite features a new King bed, flat screen TV, private bathroom with shower and double sink. The additional bedroom features 2 Twin beds. The living area features a sunny and bright room with wood burning fireplace, and 2 large sofa chairs that turn into 2 Twin sofa sleepers. There is a flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes bar seating for 2. The dining area offers a large table with seating for 6. Additionally, the sunny wrap around deck has great views of the mountains and ski run.

There is a washer and dryer in the condo and FREE Wi-Fi and FREE parking for 2 vehicles.

Loved!!

Great location, great place, very accommodating when we asked for a late check out. Easy perfect place- right across from the snowflake lift, couldn't have been nicer!

Great location. Perfect for four

We enjoyed our stay! Very close to the snowflake lift with an easy return from the slopes via the four o'clock run. Watch out for the flat spots but it's doable. We got stuck on the return on the snowflake run on our first day so never did that one again. The condo is comfy and clean and fit the four of us perfect. Love the king size bed and the twins for the kids. Thank you!!

location, location, location

We stayed the week leading up to Christmas (a family of 4 grown adults) through the 26th and it was wonderful. We were across the street from the snowflake lift: never a wait at this lift, rented skis and snowboards from Charter sports at the snowflake lift and caught the Yellow & Black route buses from the snowflake lift. You have access to peak 8 or 9 from this lift. We "skied-in" from the 4'O Clock trail-literally & truly. A straight walk downhill (or take the shuttle) to Main St. Easy to walk home from main street too. Lots of windows with a pretty view of the mountains; wrap around deck too. We used the gas grills at least 3x and all the hot tubs too. The outdoor hot tub and the indoor ski locker were a definite plus! Lots of towels and shampoo available upon arrival; more than enough for our 10 day stay. Would like to have had a couch to stretch out on and it was inconvenient that firewood was not provided. We did buy wood at City Market and had to buy a sled to transport it on at least 3 occasions. I would have paid extra for wood if it were offered (& my husband would have been happier too). Everything worked properly and all very updated! Would recommend staying here to friends and family. Also, Mindy was very quick to respond, so I felt very encouraged that all would go well and it did (thanks Mindy).

Everything you need in a great location

This cozy condo is just steps away from the mountain and a quick walk to downtown, making it the perfect home base. The condo was equipped with everything we needed for our stay and having access to an in-unit washer and dryer was so great! It felt like home after just a few days.
