About this property

A charming 'Provencal' house which is situated at the foot of the ancient village of Menerbes. It is an excellent area for walking, cycling and other outdoor activities. The house has a large terrace covered with trees, to provide a cooling shade from the summer sun. The property has two living room areas, a large open kitchen with dining table. One living room is equipped with satelite TV a large open fireplace. The swimming pool is a new one. It is fully equipped with a safety alarm for children.

The house is situated close to many of the stunning villages of Provence.
The house is made available for holiday rental purposes when the owner is not using it. Previously it was the principal residence of the owner.

Tres bon séjour à Menerbes

Tres bon contact avec les propriétaires qui s'assurent en amont que tout se passera bien lors de notre séjour. La maison est tres bien équipée et il ne manque rien. Il y a meme une trousse de secours (qui n'a pas servi heureusement!!). Il y a la clim dans toutes les pieces mais nous l'avons à peine utilisée malgré les 38° dehors car la maison est bien isolée. La maison est tres bien située, à 15-20 mn à pied de Menerbes (5 mn en voiture) et l'environnement est tres calme. On aperçoit même Menerbes du jardin. Nous nous sommes fait livrer des velos éléctiques pour mieux profiter de la région: c'etait vraiment bien ! La proximité des voisins (locataires) peut engendrer un peu de bruit parfois. Un seul bemol: la piscine n'est pas chauffée et ne possède pas de rideau, ce qui fait qu'elle etait plutot froide, surtout apres le passage du Mistral... Peu etre un investissement utile?

Très joli mas provençal

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille dans ce très joli mas, rénové avec beaucoup de goût et complètement équipé. Le mas est idéalement situé pour découvrir le Luberon, touristique et gastronomique.

Cosy and stylish house in Provence

Very nice house decorated with taste, nearby a very picturesque village. We have had nice walk around - the house is perfect for a quiet stay but permits to go rapidly to visit best places arround

Charming and lovely decorated house

Our house is atypique in that it is uniquely presevered in the Provence style without having undergone a modern transformation that eliminates the charm and authenticity of the Provence experience. In particular the original stone work as well as unique features internally which ensure our house has a natural ability to adjust to the seasons and charm the whole year round.
