This beautiful house has been remodelled respecting its stile and period. It has an inside garden where to eat and make a barbecue. Plenty of sitting areas, includes dressing room, hall, family room. Our proximity to the beach front is ideal for families who enjoy walking, surfing, skating or running. You can walk from here to Parque Kennedy, Av La Mar and the best restaurants in Miraflores, Huaca Pucllana, Museo Amano, etc. Come and enjoy a very happy holiday!

As advertised Elegant old house

Plenty room for four adults. A bathroom apiece and a roomy kitchen. Beautiful antique furniture. A little piece of Old Lima. The neighborhood has markets, bakeries, restaurants and a great chocolate shop nearby. Sorry to see it go.

Great home & location

Fantastic old house with such history lovely owners & neighborhood was fabulous everything so close by a local market walking distance which was a favorite for fresh foods SO much room for big families and everything You need for long stays . Only negative I will say is the wifi capacity.. especially if you have teens that play games 😅 Other than that Highly recommend

Beautiful home in Miraflores!

This property is beautiful, with many bedrooms, a great kitchen/dining space, and a lovely garden out back. The home has a very authentic, historic feel! It is within a 10 minute walk to many shops/restaurants and a 5 min walk to overlook the water from the top of the cliff. Additionally, our vacation was during a Peruvian state of emergency, and Nikole (host) was very responsive to all of our questions regarding safety and planning our journey. Overall, could not recommend this property more. It is a great stay in a great location.

This beautiful but antiquated house was clean and welcoming with large open airy spaces. There were beds in 3 en-suite bedrooms indoors and a studio apartment in the courtyard. There was also a futon available in an office. The walls were tastefully adorned with artwork and the stonework on the floors was amazing. Definitely a most elegant house in a bygone era. There were basic facilities with no heating making it uncomfortably cold when we visited in August. Light sleepers may find some of the rooms noisy as the house is situated on a main busy road but close to numerous shops, eating places and the pacific coast. The hostess Nikole was charming, accommodating and helpful. We used the house as a base in a safe area whilst visiting friends and traveling around Peru. I would summarize this property it as being ‘Good Value for Money’
