Two Bedroom Apartment situated in coastal sea belt of Goa in a silent village. Just 1 mile away from Colva beach,1.5 miles from benaulim beach and betalbatim beach both on either side than followed by Majorda beach in a row.
This place is engulfed with natural beauty and fruit bearing trees .Empty space around the house is been populated with shady trees which adds to the serene atmosphere and cool breeze. To enjoy the evenings there are balconies facing the garden and all around the apartment. There is an open terrace to lay by at late evenings and enjoy sky watching. It has 2 ac bedrooms, one is a master bedroom. Accommodates 6 people, semi furnished and spacious. Entry to the apartment is from very spacious lounge room or front room which can be used for relaxing and socializing. Consistsng room which is adjacent to the spacious kitchen which includes an oven, cooking gas, hot plate and electric kettle. Guests can use the kitchen as and when required. Dining room is facing the open terrace. Includes bathroom with shower and hot water 24 by 7. Basic shopping and market is 10 mins walkable distance from the apartment. Restaurents for different cuisines located around. Club just locates less than half a mile. Just 2.5 miles away is the main City for shopping and other entertainment
