The Cozy by the lake is located directly on the shore of Lac Sept-Iles, 40 minutes from Quebec City. Freshly renovated, everything has been thought of to accommodate couples, friends and family. The cathedral ceiling and the open area on the ground floor offer a magnificent view of the lake each season. Come relax and enjoy the lake and its activities!

Direct access to Lake Sept-Iles. Beautiful flat lot sunny all day with outdoor fireplace, long dock with ladder for swimming, swing, bistro table to admire the lake, outdoor table with paving stone, etc.

On the ground floor:
The Cozy has two full bathrooms, one with washer and dryer, one bedroom with a queen bed, living room with propane fireplace, kitchen with island and dining room.

2nd floor:
- Open den with a sofa bed, table football table as well as a TV with Netflix, DVD, a bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom with two double beds.

Towels, bedding provided.
