About this property

This is a recently remodeled town house with updated appliances and tile floors. It has two bedrooms and two and one half bathrooms. The living room is on the first floor and there is a sofa bed that can sleep two people. The bedrooms are on the second floor. It is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to all that Austin has to offer. It is a walking distance from the Balcones golf club. It is located a short 18 minutes drive (depending on traffic) to downtown and the University of Texas (U.T) campus. Additionally, you will enjoy being close to the Domain and Arboretuem shopping areas. The lake is a short 25 minutes drive as well. For your convenience, there are numerous grocery stores (H.E.B, Randalls, Sprout) and pharmacy options nearby. There are many close by large corporations such as Dell, Samsung, Flextronics, Dunn and Bradstreet, and more. It is located close to bars and restaurants such as Pappadeux seafood, Eddi V's, Truluck's and more. GETTING AROUND: The town house is very close to major highways (183, 45 toll road, I-35) train, busses, and park and ride. All approximately 10 minutes drive from the town house. It is close to Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander, Avery Ranch, Lake Travis, Steiner Ranch, and Lakeway. Essential for booking to be 30+days

just north of Austin

Property is a small town house in the northern suburbs of Austin. Actual appearance is as advertised. Everything in working order. Convenient to grocery shopping, popular chain restaurants and other local restaurants. About 25 minutes to downtown Austin and 90 minutes to San Antonio. Good value.
