Grab your skis (or bike in the summer), and walk to Park City Mountain Resort, a 4-5 min walk. Walk 10 mins or take the Park City bus right outside your door to Main Street for food, live music, shops, nightlife and more.

The Space:
Come enjoy all that Park City has to offer! In this AMAZING location, you are right in the middle of it all. Relax as a group in the living room in front of the fire, or retreat to one of the spacious bedrooms. You'll love the ambiance and layout of the condo.

Feel at home with amenities including:

- Brand new master en suite bathroom with dual vanity
- Pull-out sofa sleeper in the living room for extra guests
- Corner porch
- 6-person dining room table + 2-person breakfast bar seating
- In-unit washer and dryer, hangers, and clothes iron
- Wireless Internet
- Stocked with linens and towels
- Free designated garage parking

The Neighborhood:
Wake up, get dressed, and in minutes you’ll be at the base of Park City Mountain ready to hit the powder. The resort offers ski runs for all skill levels and ages, as well as a ski and snowboard school. In the summer, the mountain is just as active with an alpine slide, alpine coaster, zip lining, and scenic gondola rides. Check out the other great ski resorts in the area, utilizing the free Park City shuttle to take you to Deer Valley, Kimball Junction, The Canyons, and other incredible resorts.

Take an afternoon and stroll the quaint streets of Old Town, where you can visit art galleries and find unique wares in the boutiques. When it’s time for lunch or dinner, dine at delicious restaurants like Riverhorse on Main and Firewood. When the sun goes down, the nightlife heats up with live music, fun bars, and laid-back lounges.

Getting Around:
Park City and Summit County offer a free bus transit service to easily get you to all the major resorts and around downtown. The Main Street and Old Town areas are very walkable, so you can park your car and leave it.

Other Things to Note:
Covid Cancellation - In addition to the cancellation policy listed on the site, we’ve added the following to help give you options in the case of any closures.

1) If the ski resorts close due to Covid related issues, we will offer your choice of a full refund or credit towards a future stay. This will be pro-rated in the event that a closure happens during your stay.

2) If the resort you are mainly skiing at (Park City Mountain Resort or Deer Valley) is operating, it will be the normal cancellation policy (see your itinerary for details).

If you need to cancel for any other reason prior to your stay, we can't guarantee any refund, but we will try to re-rent the property and will refund anything we are able to recover by re-renting.

It may make sense to purchase Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance, let us know if you’d like any recommendations on that after booking.

Interaction with Guests:
Whatever you need, we’re here for you 24/7. From discounts on lift tickets to airport transportation, our concierge service takes the stress out of your trip. We can also help with restaurant recommendations, ski gear rentals, and area attractions. After you book, you’ll find a welcoming email in your inbox detailing all we have to offer.

Ski team condo
The condo itself is about what we expected. Not upscale by any means but ok. The 2 main issues were that the refrigerator and Jacuzzi tub were not working. They provided a very small portable frig but not adequate size. Also it was set far too high at first and froze all our stuff the fist night. Secondly the condo is advertised as having a jacuzzi tub in master bath. Which it does but it's not working. This was one of the features the ladies REALLY wanted and it was a bummer to get there and not be able to use it... Lastly it was hard to see in pictures but the second bathroom is ridiculously small. Like a grown man can't really use it small. You cannot get the shower door open wide enough to get in unless you are a tiny person. The toilet was probably added later and it's right in the way of everything. I feel like for what I paid it should have all been checked out beforehand and working properly. For that price we could have rented any number of nicer places nearby.

8/10 Good

Fine overall
Not the cleanest or newest with older kitchen and bath but roomy, close to slopes and groceries, and stocked with cooking and cleaning supplies
