The accommodation is on 2 levels, the middle floor is the main area of the home, which is situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac.

The home is open plan living with large glass bi-fold doors that open out onto the balcony which captures expansive views of Mercury Bay.

The mid floor bedroom has a queen size and king single bed with the glass sliding door opening onto the balcony to capture views. The floor has one bathroom with bath and overhead shower and separate toilet.

The top floor has an open area where there is a double and a queen bed plus a separate bedroom with a king bed.
This floor has a shower, vanity and toilet in bathroom.

There is also an area on this level where time can be spent relaxing and taking in the amazing view of the township, Mercury Bay, Ferry Landing, Flaxmill Bay and Cooks Beach

A quick stroll down the hill takes you to Brophy's Beach.

Whitianga township is a pleasant walk along the beach or pavement (45mins) or drive (5mins) to where you can enjoy shopping, cafes, restaurants etc.


Special conditions:

You must clean up after your dog, Doggie bags are available at several dispenser stations along beach areas.

Children must be supervised at all times, a kiddy gate is available
No smoking, No candles.

Guests are expected to do the dishes.

Hazards:

Internal stairs, please use handrail at all times.

Check-in is after 2pm, Check-out is 10am.

Please Note:

At times other guests may be on the property, the Unit is also a holiday home, be mindful as at times driveway is shared.

There is an area fully fenced for pets this can also accessed via a cat door, my Fox Terrier uses frequently.


Cancellation Policy:
100% refund if cancelled 10 days or more before arrival date. 50% if cancelled 5 days or less before arrival.
