1800 sq. ft. bungalow faces southwest with a deck surrounding the back of the cottage (lakeside) on 1/2 an acre. Winterized. Very good visibility to waterfront from deck. Dock at the lake.
Winterland - snowshoeing, skidooing and ice fishing and skating on the lake.
Three bedrooms., Large master bedroom has king bed with patio doors leading to deck. Second bedroom has queen bed and third bedroom has queen bed (both queen beds are brand new). Also a crib.
Bathroom with shower, tub and vanity.
Large dining room for family and guests.
Living room 16x22 (addition done 2012) with new Propane fireplace.

True Winter Wonderland!

Beautiful and clean cottage, amazing location right on the lake. Kids loved making an ice skating ring right in front of the cottage. We enjoyed fires, roasting marshmallows. It was too early in the season for snowmobile trails to be open, but lucky for us, lake was safely frozen (we drilled and checked everywhere) and we enjoyed 13 km of shoreline sledding. Overall, amazing stay, we had a fabulous time and would definitely book again.

MINK LAKE is 1.5 hours from OTTAWA. 30 minutes to Pembroke and Renfrew, 15 minutes to Eganville. Clean,quiet lake with good fishing. Pickerel and bass. I love all the trees surrounding the property. Autumn - fall colours

My husband and I purchased this property in 2002. We wanted a home to go to with our boys who were living in BC and we were living in NS. I also grew up in the Ottawa Valley. We hope to retire there in the future.

I fell in love with the "winter wonderland" when I first went to view it in March 2002; and so we purchased it and have enjoyed it ever since.
