A one-time municipal power station, built in 1914, is transformed into contemporary residences. The windows of the flat overlook the courtyard with the inner garden so the apartment is very quiet despite its central location.

The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchenette and a living and sleeping area with a TV set and a table for two. The area is very well connected with other parts of Kraków. Nearby – approximately 5 minutes away by foot there is a tram stop.
