New, modern designed apartment in high standard equipped villa with outdoor pool, gym in basement, private parking.

Apartment is new, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room with open space plan with kitchen and dining room, bathroom with shower cabine and toilet.
Apartment has private sea view terrace with garden furniture.
Villa has outdoor pool (seasonal), 1.5m depth and gym in basement (+ bonus- billiards, darts, table football). The pool is private, and only guests from Punta Apartments will have access to it.
Our pool is 100% reliable, has no chemicals and chlorine, it works on the principle of electrolysis of salt water, which means that instead of chlorine and chlorine formulations in the pool we put salt. Salt water travels through the device, whereby by the process of electrolysis we extract chlorine from the salt. The chlorine water is appropriately purified and disinfected, then returned back into the salt. There is no fear of harmful skin reactions, and even small children can swim unhindered.

Luxury!

We stayed for 2 weeks with 3 persons in the lovely appartment on the first floor with balcony and seeview. Everything was perfect, brandnew and comfortable with two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The owner Ms. Nakic is wonderful and helped us in everything. Absolutely recommendable!!! Thanks for all!!

Vodice is a charming seaside town, a 40min drive from both the airport in Zadar (north) and Trogir (south). The center consists of cozy stone house located centered around the marina with restaurants, ice- and cocktail-bars lying in a row. Tourists, both young and old, can enjoy a varied offer of activities and attractions. Enjoy sunbathing, swimming and relaxing on the beaches or go fishing, diving, on cycling trips or attend excursions. The town is an ideal base for visiting a number of attractions in the Dalmatia region. Those who want to experience some of the wonderful scenery Croatia offers can travel to the nature reserve Krka 25km distance.National Park Kornati is also well worth a visit, 12km.
