No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the home, garage, front entry way, and lanai.

Pool heaters don't run May-October. Local weather, sun, rain and daytime & night time temperatures will affect the actual pool temperatures and a static temperature is not guaranteed. The hot tub is set to run nightly between 5-11 PM on a nightly basis. Additional run times may be requested for an additional $25/day.

The owners have video cameras mounted on the front & rear exterior of the home for insurance and security purposes. Cameras are not to be covered or removed.
