About this property

Wells Beach, Maine is the ideal summer getaway for the family. Unit #190 of Beach Dreams Cottages is a seasonal cottage available from mid May to mid October and it offers many amenities as well as proximity to the best shopping in Southern Maine including Kittery, Portsmouth, Freeport, Kennebunk, Kennebunkport and Ogunquit. Also a short 1/2 hour drive north to Portland.
The cottage offers a main bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed. In the living room there is a full sleeper sofa. Also included are a/c, washer and dryer, eat-in kitchen and a comfortable porch to relax on with cocktails and apps after a nice day at the beach. All linens are included in the rental.
Rental guests are invited to use the main clubhouse with relaxing lounge areas for reading, playing games. It also has a full gym, arcade and air hockey there for the family enjoyment. The clubhouse has two pools, a Jacuzzi and a kiddie pool with a snack bar open on weekends

Excellent cottage, fantastic host

My fiance, my two children, and myself stayed at Aaron's property for a week. This was our second time back to his property on purpose. As a host he has always been extremely prompt, thorough, and helpful during communications. He makes you feel welcome even before you arrive. Directions for check in and check out are clear. The cottage was even better than last year. There were some asthetic changes we noticed right away like a new table. Some things just popped out. The previous guests had accidentally caused a small amount of damage in the bathroom just prior to our arrival. Aaron made sure eit was repaired before we got there. My boys always look forward to the games in the cottage and being able to ride their bikes around a very safe community. All other guests we pass while walking or enjoying the pool and clubhouse are very friendly. My boys even made friends during our stay that we plan to keep in touch with. The cottage was clean up on arrival and was stocked with all the necessary kitchenware, linens, and paper products. The location is so close to several beaches and we enjoy walks down to North Beach to catch the sunrise. We look forward to our next stay there. We highly recommend staying in Aaron's cottage! 100/100!!

Love the Maine Coast

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The location is close to several beautiful beaches as well as York, Ogunquit, Kennebunk, Kennebunkport and Old Orchard Beach. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed relaxing in the sun porch. Linens were provided, but I do wish the beds had been made up.

Wells Stay

Our stay was great. Close to everything we wanted to see. House was very nice and neighborhood was very quiet. Would stay again if ever back in Maine. Aaron was very easy to work with.

This place is adorable!

This cottage was absolutely perfect..for 2 or up to 7…only one bathroom, but for 2 it was perfect.. clean…lots of extras…one suggestion…please provide instructions on how to use the TVs . Three remotes….couldn’t figure it out so we watched Netflix! Will definitely stay here again!
