BASIC RULES:

1 - The condominium environment is strictly RESIDENTIAL AND FAMILY, so that PARTIES OR EVENTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED inside the apartment or in the common areas of the development;

2 - The condominium rules require SILENCE from 10 pm to 8 am;

3 - THE FLAT MAXIMUM AND NON-TRANSPOSABLE OCCUPANCY LIMIT IS UP TO 08 PEOPLE, BEING 01 GARAGE SPACE;

4 - GLASS OBJECTS are NOT allowed in the pool area;

5 - Guests must COLLECT ALL THE WASTE PRODUCED, discarding it in the appropriate containers that are on the Ground Floor (basement) of the condominium;

6 - It is forbidden to put clothes or towels to dry on the balcony railing. We provide a clothesline.

7 - Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment;

8 - The apartment must be returned ORGANIZED, CLEAN AND WITH WASHING Dishes;

9 - CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT times may be relaxed in exceptional cases, depending on the occupancy rate (to be agreed with the owner);

10 - We thank you for the conscious use of ELECTRICITY. When leaving, turn off the air conditioners.
