It’s ok

Well in first place I didn’t like that we didn’t have no bbq station , they charge to use the jacuzzi in the property(heater) , we went on vacation and also said that we have to put all dishes away ? We paid enough for cleaning fee , It’s like a charge for every stupid thing in that house I know for a fact I won’t come back ……

Great Time In Kissimmee

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I think our house worked great for our team. It was clean, bathrooms had plenty of towels, outdoor pool/rec area was nice. I would rent it again.

You get what you pay for

Rating Details: The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose an affordable unit so that we could spend more time at the attractions and shopping. The rental unit is not well maintained. The refrigerator ice maker has not been fixed, based upon previous guest writing reviews. Only one bedroom TV worked. Bathroom floor tile broken, broken tile was covered up with a rug. That’s not maintenance. The stairway railing needs to be replaced with something more sturdy. Its very difficult for disable parents to make it up stairs using handrails. Elderly guests not able to enter into the pool because there were no handrails. The oven is broken, ruined several pies doing my stay there. Please please replace this oven, I was not able to enjoy pie with my coffee. The family room furniture needs to be prepared to pay for an access gate card that was 20 bucks each vehicle. Lastly, the garage is off limits, it’s locked along with one of the downstairs closets. Make your own decision, but I will not return next family vacation.
