Sunbird is a well presented holiday home with clean, light and airy interior providing all comforts for a peaceful family vacation in the popular seaside town of Ettalong Beach. This property is in the perfect location, approximately 200 metres to the Ettalong Beach waterfront and a short walk to cafe's, cinema, restaurants, shops, kids playground and weekend markets. This is an affordable, cosy and comfortable 3 bedroom cottage with large front fenced yard and paved back courtyard for a family BBQ, spacious open plan living and dining areas, newly renovated kitchen and air-conditioning. Master bedroom has a queen bed, Bedroom 2 has a double bed, bedroom 3 has 3 single beds.

great location!

Loved the old style home, great verandah and it was super clean with lovely linen provided as well as everything you needed in kitchen and laundry...... windows a bit hard to open. Best thing, only a few minutes walk to all the beaches.... our family really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again, thank you.

excellent place to stay

very happy with the property, the how clean it was and had everything you could need. only one suggestion, there is a bedroom with 3 singles beds that has a small step, which, as it is covered with the same colour carpet is hard to see, my husband had a bad fall, so just one suggestion, to put something visible on the step to prevent someone having an accident

Good family beach stay

Property is large and clean, with good facilities. Enjoyable for our family stay. Close to both Ettalong and Umina beaches. Property listing not 100% clear over what linen and sheets was/wasn't provided. But a minor issue on an otherwise great stay with no problems.
