Villa Trixie Ayu is located in the heart of Seminyak. The same location as it's sister Villa Trixie Sunset. It's the perfect place for your getaway during your holiday in Bali. There are many restaurant around the Villa, most of them open for breakfast. We have 4 malls only 5-15 minutes away from the Villa. Access to Villa Trixie Ayu is easy, with wide road access , so you can easily drive a car to the Villa.

Villa Trixie Ayu is the perfect summer playground for you. When you want to escape your city life or your daily routine this is the place you want to be.
The soft white tones and blue colors give you the ambience of beach house bosting with some natural light of the tastefully minimalist yet unique bedrooms will keep you cool during the day and cozy at night.

We are able to refer you for scooter rental or car rental.

We provide flamingo / white swan floaty for rent. Please inform us if you want to rent one.

The kitchen.
It's equipped with a basic cooking tools. Salt and Pepper, Fry Oil, Water Dispenser, Cooking Pan, Cooking Pot, Gas stove, kitchen utensil and tableware.

Bathroom.
Hot and cold shower, not equipped with bathtub.

HOUSE RULE
- CHECK IN only after 3pm. We don't have storage for your luggages.
- Towels will not be replaced daily.
- Turn off all electricity when not in used
- Keep the villa clean
- No party / No event / No loud noise after 10pm
- Respectful towards the staff and the villa.

- SMOKING IS ONLY ALLOWED OUTSIDE, GARDEN, BY THE POOL
