About this property

Large master bedroom with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with flat screen TV with all the channels released and kitchen with large refrigerator, 6 burner stove and all crockery and pots. Large yard with shower, seats for 6 cars, a simple barbecue and a small Playground for Children. The townhouse also has a balcony on both floors.
Paved neighborhood with good infrastructure and all kinds of nearby trade. In the street of the house we have a bakery (which is right next door) and a pizzeria (150m). Within a radius of 900 meters from the residence we can still find 1 Beach for walking, 2 Supermarkets, 2 Markets, 4 Pharmacies, 4 Butchers, 3 Wineries, 3 pizzerias, gas station and gym.
