Perfect Short-Term Rental

We stayed for a few weeks while finishing up remodeling and had zero issues. House was clean, had everything we needed, and is located on a nice quiet Katy street convenient to grocery store and outdoor activities. Host checked in to make sure all was good but otherwise just let us do our thing. Would not hesitate to rent again

CHECK IN TIME: 4.00p.m. Is too late for check in.

It would appear as though Climate Control was set or remotely operated. Sleep, especially at night was not comfortable. Tan in the Master Bedroom had just one speed. Fast or Off. I had no communication with the Property Managers so unable to rate it.

The house is very clean & has all the supplies you need to cook

I had a credit that I didn’t received. Who can I call. Overall it’s a perfect house for vacation. I would recommend it to others looking for a getaway place to live.

We were very comfortable and our host was so accommodating.

We stayed for a month to be near our son. We were able to entertain him and his partner and some friends who visited. Good location to enjoy much of Katy
