The little things add up to big things

Initially the place seems fine, but as you move from room to room, you realize there are alot of things missing. 3 locks on the front door was unsettling and then you discover there are two other exterior doors (one in the primary bedrooms!) and the locks seem shoddy. Primary bathroom shower was slightly better pressure than a drip. Whole house had a musty smell also.

Clean and Comfortable

This is an older home in an interesting location. It is close to downtown Dallas, but is surrounded by mostly commercial and apartments. The beds were comfortable and we loved that the ceiling fans worked well. We weren't happy about the AC situation. The AC kept changing to 82 degrees during the day when it didn't sense movement. I contacted the homeowner and was given some things to try but we were never able to resolve this. Every evening when we got back to the house it was 82 degrees inside and it took 2 hours or more to get to 72 degrees. Other than the interesting location and the AC issue, our stay was perfect.

Great stay for work

A great location for commuting into Dallas City and near by areas. Very secure with fencing all-round and quiet neighbourhood. Renovated house and Shelby was very responsive to feedback on minor improvements so looking forward to returning. Internet was fast and we used the washer and dryer without issue.

Just like home!

This property was clean, organized and very comfortable. Even more wonderful than the property itself was the kindness of the homeowners. They bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed to have a great time. Their communication was bar none and I would recommend any of their beautiful Dallas properties to anyone! Great job!
