Verticle blinds and Sliding doors

A nice property in a very good location for us. The verticle blinds were losing slats. We read a not attached to one sliding door @ at kitchen balcony that this door could lock, but the door off of the dining area locked on us, with all four of us on the balcony. No real big problem since we were only waiting about 15 minutes until the neighbor saw us waving and let us use her phone to call your office, but it could have been a big problem if she had not seen us for a while. In all were were locked out about 45 minutes. We did add a note to your notebook found on the coffee table. But this should be taken care of before something serious happens.
