About this property

It’s time to relax on the 9,400 acre lake just 4 miles west of Pittsburg, Texas on the south side of Lake Bob Sandlin. This waterfront property is nestled on a relatively secluded, stunningly landscaped 2.92 acres, boasting 3 bedrooms each with queen beds and an additional bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed, 2 full baths and an oversized 2 car garage. The boat house features two cradle lifts for your Lake toys. Kitchen is equipped with everything needed including new microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots and pans. Outside deck has a gas and charcoal grill and beautiful views of the lake. Pier for fishing or swimming, fishing poles included. Pets are more than welcome outside and in the garage. Please no pets or smoking inside the house. There are local channels available on the TV but no internet connection for the tv. We do have Wi-Fi in the house and and we have provided movies and games. Unplug and roast some marshmallows in the fire (fire pit and roasting sticks provided).

Lake Bob Sandlin is very unique for Texas in that it is connected to Cypress Springs Lake and Lake Monticello by earth dams and offers fabulous fishing and boating fun!

Just two miles up the road is the fabulous Barefoot Bay Marina for all your essentials, bar, and entertainment.

Pittsburg offers nature trails, historical markers and homes, museums, a quaint Main street, and antique shops including a 9-hole "Princedale" course at the Princedale Golf Club facility featuring 2,858 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 36 . The course rating is 25.0 and it has a slope rating of 113. Princedale golf course opened in 1928 and welcomes visitors if no tournament is scheduled. Los Pinos Winery offers live Jazz every Friday and Saturday evening and a beautiful scenery!

Beautiful home!

We stayed in the home for a CAST bass tournament on Lake Bob Sandlin. The home was super clean and beautiful. Great parking too! The home has a very nice dock on the water. It is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. We had a very nice time staying at the home. Will be booking again in the future! The Host was excellent in communication and answered any questions when booking property. This is a very nice home with plenty of room.

Home away from home

Friends weekend all been friends for 52 years. This home was beautifully located in a quiet country neighborhood and Lake Bob Sandlin is beautiful, the home was very well stocked and totally accommodating and clean also comfortable! I loved the amenities that were provided 5***** rating on every level !! and the beautiful neighbors Black Lab was a very loving visitor she was a blast we enjoyed her so much ❤️ would recommend and hope to return. Thank you Ms. Tonya

Great view, great fishing and a nice house

Our stay was a solid 4.8/5. Place was in a great location and this boat house was awesome. The lake was beautiful and we caught so many fish! The games and dvds provided were the perfect touch. The only thing that makes it a 4.8 rather than full 5 was that we noticed some hair on the toilet seats and some of the beds. Not too big of a deal as we were able to throw the sheets in the wash and the house provided cleaning supplies. All in all, I would definitely return and would love to book another stay one day! Go-to spot for good fishing. My family and toddler loved it all.
