THE HOME
Step into the warmth of the home through a welcoming foyer, leading you to a cozy sitting area by the crackling fireplace. A beautiful dark wood cabinet is home to the poker chips and other indoor games. This space seamlessly transitions into a multifunctional dining/games area and the Garden Wall with a full-length mirror and four makeup stations, adding a touch of fun for guests preparing for the day or a night out.
The premium chef’s kitchen boasts a solid wood island with a sleek granite countertop, doubling as a breakfast spot. The open floor plan means you are never away from the action when preparing a meal. There is even a wine fridge built into a custom-built drink prep station. Adjacent to the kitchen a comfortable sectional sofa faces a smart TV, creating a lively hub for relaxation and entertainment. A large fireplace creates a cozy ambiance for both the sitting area and the adjacent kitchen, seamlessly blending warmth with modern living.
Retreat to the privacy of our beautifully appointed bedrooms, including a master suite with pool access for those quiet morning swims or starlit dips. Featuring a king bed, a separate sitting area and an ensuite bath with a double sink, shower and extra-large bathtub. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two singe beds and the fourth bedroom has a queen bed and bunk beds (a double over a double). The three guest bedrooms share a bathroom.
This home includes four bedrooms and sleeps a total of 14 people.

A POOL DAY WITH A TWIST
The immediate look of the space resembles that of a festive atmosphere but still with a cozy feel. It is the all-in-one venue especially designed for bachelorette’s parties or even family gatherings. The centerpiece of the property is the backyard with its sparkling pool - a refreshing contrast to Scottsdale’s arid climate. The spacious lawn is equipped with a poolside bar, lounge chairs, an outdoor grilling station, and a firepit that bring forth an overall sophisticated and glamorous experience. The backyard, designed with a graffiti art, is also fully fenced for added privacy and security.
To enjoy a heated pool, there's a daily fee of $132 for pool heating.
A 3-day advance notice is needed to turn it on and there is a minimum of 3 days of heat.
We are child friendly! There is a safety fence around the pool. We have a highchair, travel pack and play, and safety rubber edges around glass tables.
We are dog friendly too! While we allow dogs at this property, we charge a Pet Cleaning Fee. This fee varies depending on the dog's breed and size. Please provide the size of your dog (e.g. under 50lbs) and the breed and we'll get back to you from there!
