The Delray Beach is a brand new property just launched steps from Atlantic Ave and a short walk to the beach in the heart of downtown Delray. 2 bedroom, 1 bath and feature brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, in unit washer and dryer. Living room has 50 inch smart HDTV with Netflix. New bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedrooms have a total of 2 beds, one king and one queen.

Outdoor area features new heated pool , outdoor dining set, outdoor sectional sofa and Weber barbecue grill shared among the 4 units. Each unit has a small private patio accessible from the bedrooms.

Property has four adjacent apartments that share the pool and is fully gated. For guest's safety, security cameras are installed at outside of property only. No smoking or vaping of any substance anywhere on inside or outside of property.

If you want to experience the vibrant downtown of Delray Beach, this is the place to stay. Located just a short walk to Atlantic Avenue it can’t be beat. Ann is an extremely caring and gracious host. She takes the time to meet you at the property to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of!!!!

The space and location were perfect. Loved the pet friendly fenced in area for humans and pets. Ann was always available if questions and highly accommodating. We will definitely stay there again.

The space was exactly as pictured - updated, quaint and very clean. The property owners were accommodating and very responsive. With the shared pool and short distance to town, the Delray Beach House was perfect for my family of 4, with two young children. We will definitely be back!

We were very pleased with the accommodations. The unit was comfortable with plenty of space. The location was secluded and quiet, but within walking distance to the main street with all of the shops and restaurants and bars in Delray Beach and a short drive to the beach. The kitchen and unit were very well-equipped with everything you'd need, and there was an ample supply of beach chairs and beach towels in excellent condition. Ann was very responsive when minor issues arose.

Perfect location with a pool!

Ann was responsive and accommodating. The place is nice and it’s the perfect spot for walking to town and the beach!! Just be ready to have your own shampoo and conditioner. The fridge is also void of condiments.

Great place with great location

We had a great long weekend here with our toddlers. Location is just a couple blocks off Atlantic Avenue, but not loud or highly trafficked. We felt safe at all times. It's a short bike ride over to the beach, and there's room to park a bike inside the gates and off-street parking for a car. The complex is one long building with four units, all facing the pool and patio area, with a locked gate separating the parking lot at the street from the building and pool. We enjoyed unit #4, which is the farthest from the street and means the other tenants do not pass in front of your windows as they come and go. Everything inside and out has been recently and completely remodeled and refurnished. Pool area has nice lounge furniture and landscaping, and was quiet (though it may be louder during the weekdays when the construction of an apartment building across the street is proceeding). Inside, the unit was tastefully decorated and everything is all-new and good quality. Beds were comfortable and linens were good. There's a washer/dryer inside each unit. The owner lives nearby and is very responsive to texts/calls.

Midwest Winter Getaway

This was the perfect location and space for our family of four. We took advantage of the restaurants on Atlantic most nights but cooked when we wanted a homemade meal. We packed sandwiches and drove to the beach each day to feel the sunshine and liked to park at Sandoway, we always found a spot. The condo was a great space for our family to escape the Midwest winter and make memories together.

Winter Escape

During initial inquiry, Ann is very prompt on sending and responding to messages. The checkin is quick and easy, that includes a message with the address, directions and suggestions of things to do in Delray. Upon arrival Ann greets you and offers you a tour of the apartment, the door code and WI-FI information. While we did not bring our pet, this apartment is pet friendly. Its location is wonderful near Atlantic Ave. and all the various cuisines that Delray offers ie., American, Italian, Greek, French, Mexican, and Asian. We went to the beach every day which is a lovely walk from the apartment but public parking is available nearby for a fee. We took advantage of the beach chairs and umbrellas that Ann offers to her guests. The apartment is very well stocked. There are plenty of kitchen supplies… plates, cook ware, utensils. Also, it comes with linens and towels. The beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed playing card and board games by the pool and in the living room. The Town Square offered a spectacular free concert Friday evening and an amazing Farmers Market on Saturday! Overall, we loved our relaxing weeklong stay and look forward to visiting again soon! We just left and we had such a great stay at the Delray Beach House. Communication with host was great and Anne was available if we needed anything. Beautiful and quiet spot close to the best restaurants where we dined each night. Kids loved the pool. Will definitely be back!

The condo was very nicely renovated by the owner Ann. It is a four unit condo with a very nice pool area which we really enjoyed. The condo was very well equipped with kitchen condiments and bath supplies. Beach umbrellas, beach towels and chairs where supplied. It was a pretty long walk to beach so we drove. Great place to dine and shop, but very good Idea to have dinner reservations. Ann was always available to reach if we had any questions. We enjoyed our stay and would return. Anne & Joe
