Great location for visiting washington
Nice two-bedroom apartment. Close to metro, so sightseeing Washington and pentagon very easy. Nice restaurants nearby (Courthouse area). Parking space avaliable (just park on #900 and contact Andy ;-). Pool is guarded (and thus closed at 20.00 hours) and no shade at all (Which is really a pity during summer hot!) Overall - really nice!
Grest way to see DC
Apt was clean and close to Metro station. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Pool was very nice after long days of touring. Wished they would of had a table and chairs for the deck but besides that loved the place.
Great home away from home

Good location, different furnishings, no key in lock box.
Our stay was supposed to start on 5/4, but we couldn't get inside as there was no key in the lock box. We emailed our contact, no response, VRBO also couldn't get a response from owner. While waiting for response VRBO graciously helped secure a hotel for us for the night as it was mid-evening when we arrived. Maintenance arrived during the night and unlocked the unit but left the key in the leasing office, we were emailed saying to go to the leasing office to pick up the key, we had already left the hotel early morning for the day before the office opened. We called the leasing office and they kindly put the key in the lock box. Also, we had inquired about parking, was told yes parking was available, when we arrived to park all the spots are numbered and we were never given a spot # to park in by the owner. At great risk of being towed we parked in a spot for the day. Apparently when you rent this unit you have to go to the leasing office to receive the key and get a designated numbered parking spot. Had this information been told to us ahead of time, it would have been less of a hassle all around. Since we were driving to VA, we arrived after hours and departed before hours of the leasing office which made it difficult to get the key and parking #. The unit itself was fine and worked for us for the time we were there, furnishings were different than what was pictured online.
Family trip to DC
Perfect spot for our family to stay for our trip to dc sites. Bus and subway walking distance and easy reserved parking. Plenty of space for adults and kids. Everything we needed was right there.
Convenient, spacious apartment
Apartment was as described and pictured. It was very clean and quiet, nicely laid out, and convenient to restaurants, shops, and the Metro. Beds were very comfortable, with plenty of extra pillows and bedding. We didn't use the kitchen, but there was a nice, big dining table and a large living room space.
Wifi was good, and check-in/check-out were easy. The owner was responsive and answered questions promptly. The ability to have two keys was a big plus. Thank you!
