Encantador apartamento en Cielo Mar, Cartagena, a pocos metros del hotel Las Americas, dos cuadras de la playa de Morros, balcón con jacuzzi privado y hermosa vista a la ciénaga, aire acondicionado en las habitaciones y en la sala y a tan solo 10 minutos del centro histórico.
La mejor vista panorámica a todo Cartagena desde la terraza del edificio donde encontrarás el gimnasio, las piscinas y el jacuzzi.
NOTA IMPORTANTE:
Por reglas del edificio el apartamento es de uso exclusivo ÚNICAMENTE para FAMILIAS, estrictamente NO se permitirá: celebrar fiestas ni despedidas de soltero(a), ruidos altos en la noche y el acceso de visitantes.
El jacuzzi funciona perfectamente pero lastimosamente no cuenta con sistema de agua caliente funcionando en este momento.

The best panoramic view of Cartagena from the terrace of the building where you will find the gym, pools and jacuzzi.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
By building rules the apartment is ONLY for the exclusive use of FAMILIES. Parties, bachelor parties, loud noices at night and visitors are strictly NOT allowed. Some common areas of the building are for the use of resident owners only.
The jacuzzi works perfectly but unfortunately does not have hot water system working at the moment.
