Another great Orlando trip

This was a wonderful property, but the carpet upstairs was a little shabby and worn. The pool never heated up to my liking but the kids still swam in it. The jacuzzi was a dream!! The downstairs was just like the pictures! When we called for assistance with issues, the Jeeves team was VERY responsive. For instance, the alarm kept going off on its own, so I called at 9:55 pm. They had someone at the house at 10:01pm! Now that is service!! The resort itself is also wonderful and the kids loved the waterpark. I would definitely stay here again.

DO NOT RENT

Horrible experience, from smell of animal urine, roaches and coming to the rental with pool alarm constantly going off when no one was in the home. Booked 4 days and left after 2nd day, called everyday for assistance NO ONE from management called to assist. Do not stay here

Nice house with great amenities close to Disney

House had everything we needed and more for our week long family vacation, even had a crockpot that came in handy for meals. The pool and spa were awesome and the community water park was an added bonus we weren’t expecting. There were a few cosmetic things that weren’t exactly as shown on the listing photos but they didn’t impact the quality of our stay.

Comfortable and clean

Short getaway with our family during spring break. The house was clean, organized and beautiful. Close to Disney parks. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
