Very spacious townhouse

When we first arrived we were disappointed in how the grounds of the townhouse complex appeared. The grounds need a lot of work to make it appealing. But when we entered the townhouse we realized that it was as described in VRBO, a very spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath. It was obvious that it has been updated and the large open room concept on the ground floor that includes the living room, dining room, kitchen and half bath is great. The upstairs has the largest master bedroom with master bath that we have ever seen in a rental location. Two additional small bedrooms and a full bath for them is on the upper floor along with a laundry cove that has a very modern large washer and dryer. We stayed a little over a month and really enjoyed coming home to it every evening after doing tourist stuff. You can be almost anywhere in the Sarasota/ Bradenton area in 20-30 minutes from this location. A Target store and Publix grocery store are about 10 minutes away. I heard from the townhouse owner that they are working with the property manager to get the grounds appearance improved, so it may look nicer in the future. The townhouse complex is very quiet during the day since most of the townhouses are occupied by working people that are gone during the day, not short term renters like us. Even at night we found it to be a quiet environment.

Nice place

This place was nice, but there were small frogs, lizards and roaches that came in through the back door. I have paid more for less, however, so it wasn't too bad. The house was stocked with everything I needed from cleaning spray to toilet paper. The washing machine and dryer were nice. The mattresses are super firm

Great Experience

We had a fantastic experience. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. There were lots of pillows, towels and blankets and paper products. The place is well situated between beaches, baseball stadiums, restaurants, activities, etc. The host provided immediate responses to any questions. I would recommend this location especially if you’re an active family who wants to engage in various activities.

Great stay for the family

We went to the Bradenton / Sarasota area to scout out possible retirement homes and enjoy the beaches. The location of this property was absolutely perfect for that purpose. I chose this property primarily because of the excellent reviews it received and was not disappointed. It was exactly as advertised. Plenty of room, nice place, and the big screen tv was great for watching March Madness in the evening.

Room for improvement!

We were thankful we found this place for our vacation. Accommodations are pretty bare bone. Not any real comfortable seating. There were 4 adults in our group - we found only 3 mugs for coffee.

A great place to stay !

As soon as we walked into this townhouse we were impressed with its cleanliness AND what obviously were new renovations. There was a comfort level knowing that there was plenty of space to spread out and do our own things. In fact, because we saw availability , we extended our stay for an additional 6 days. Furthermore if you fly into Bradenton airport, you’re perhaps 5 minutes away!

Home away from home

Our family met and stayed one week at this place over Christmas. It was like a home away from home. Everyone (all six of us) were able to sleep in a bed and get a good night of rest each day. The washer and dryer were conveniently located near the bedrooms to do laundry. The open floor concept (living, dining, kitchen) on the main floor provided a spacious area for a nice Christmas lunch as a family. The kitchen was useful in preparing and serving the meal. The neighborhood was quiet and accessible to a number of locations in the Sarasota / Bradenton area -- a good base point to travel to Lido beach (20 min), Pinecraft (25 min), airport (10 min), and shopping (10 min). Overall, we had a nice stay and recommend this place if you enjoy family time together.

Comfortable townhome

The townhome is quite spacious with 2 of the bedrooms having queen beds and the master bedroom having a king bed. The first floor provided space for dining and a comfortable area to meet up with family and friends staying with you. The property owner responds quickly should you have questions or need additional help.

Good place for a family

The property was really nice - spacious and excellent for a family or group of friends. The area is not walkable at all however - but only a few miles from Sarasota attractions

Nice place. Plenty of room for everyone with ample parking for guests. Very quiet as well - never heard the neighbors. Really appreciated the Wi-Fi. Connection and speed were both great supporting my ability to combine work and some vacation time.

Great house

One of the best places we have stayed at. Everything was provided from cleaning supplies to water bottles. Disinfecting wipes were also provided, which is great just to wipe down surfaces. The neighborhood is very quiet, only real noise is a neighbor's dog that loves to bark in the morning. Communication with the owner was quick and great. Would definitely book this place again!

Wonderful property, very quiet, plenty of room, everything worked as expected. One thing I would recommend is to remove or reduce the amount of air freshener as the sent was overpowering when I first arrived.
