Gleaming hardwood floors and colorful artwork lead the way to the fully equipped kitchen and bright dining area. The kitchen features a chic tiled backsplash, stainless steel appliances and granite counters to help make any dish a success!

Once you're ready to eat, settle down around the 4-person dining table to savor each bite of your meal together. After a day at the beach, the gas grill and shaded table out on the patio offer the perfect place to unwind with a barbecue dinner. Linger outside in the seating area with a glass of wine before turning in for the night.

Each of the 3 bedrooms features soft bedding and thoughtful decor to ensure that you fall asleep with ease and wake well-rested.

The home is set within walking distance of a variety of dining and shops so you can easily pick up anything you need on the way down to the beach. Oceanside Pier is a 1.5-mile walk from the house, so you'll be a short distance from swimming, boogie boarding, beach volleyball, sunning and surfing! South Carlsbad State Beach also offers great aquatic activities 9 miles away.

The house is less than 5 miles from Camp Pendleton so you'll easily be able to visit the base for graduation events! Held every week year-round, Sunset Markets offers gourmet food, eclectic shopping and live entertainment in a family-friendly event that draws thousands every Thursday night. Visit Mission San Luis Rey de Francia to learn about Oceanside's history and tour the pristine grounds.

Hop on a rental bike or bring your own to ride the San Luis Rey Bike Trail or the 44-mile Coastal Rail Trail that connects Oceanside to San Diego! Only 8 miles from the house, LegoLand promises fun for the whole family with rides, games, and the Lego City Deep Sea Adventure.
