The Jersey Girl House and Cottage is a stunning property that will not disappoint. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths in the main house and another 2 bedrooms and 1 bath in the guest cottage, this is the ideal space for a multigenerational family getaway. This home, built in 2015, is decorated with a coastal flair that does not sacrifice the comfort of its guests. A gourmet kitchen and open floor plan allow space for family gatherings as does the 1500 plus square feet of outdoor living space.

Jersey Girl is only a block from the fabulous shopping and dining of Anna Maria's Pine Avenue and is a short stroll to the Gulf or Bay Beaches which are located at each end of Spring Avenue. Bike, Golf Cart, GoPed and moped rentals allow visitors to leave their keys behind and enjoy the tropical paradise. Should guests want to spend their days on the water, kayak and paddleboard rentals and tours are all the rage. Anna Maria's Gulf Coasts boast some of the finest fishing in South Florida. Anna Maria island getaway

The Jersey girl House is a beautiful property, smaller than it looked online but nice. The kitchen was really well stocked. The pool was nice and we enjoyed it a lot. However, for the high price of this property I think some things should be better taken care of. 1. There should be more towels in each bathroom. I had to wash bath towels every day because there weren’t enough! 2. The tv / cable should offer more than just a few basic channels. 3. The hot water only worked for about 5 minutes in the guest house. It was time for one shower but not more. 4. Internet and tv didn’t work at guest house. It took 4 days to get it fixed. We had fun and the family loved the village atmosphere on Anna Maria. I just am disappointed that an expensive rental such as this didn’t have these things handled better. I wrote an email to the real estate company handling the property and they never responded.

Perfection!

Perfect, perfect, perfect! This home is beautiful, feels brand new, super clean, spacious and comfortable. The house had everything we needed. The pool and outside area was an oasis. Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. We loved all the local restaurants, bars and shops. Such a great time. Thank you!!

The best stay!

This was an amazing place to stay! The location of the house is unbeatable. The house is incredible and has a wonderful pool to hang out at. We had children so this was truly a great option for them to play and run around. Pool area is beautiful. We will be back!
