Beautiful newer condo close to everything.
The Balcony of your dreams, in the West End. Walk out your door, and eat in at least 10 different countries! The owner Monique, is only there to please and help you, in every way. If you are short like me, there are a few hight challenges, but this is a great place to spend a month or more, as we did this Summer.

Wonderful condo in West End Vancouver
This luxury condo is exactly as represented in the listing. Top notch all the way. Would recommend for adult (mature) guests as the building is quite quiet. Steps away from busy Davie Street but very zen in the unit's design. Yes, the garden deck is almost as big as the interior unit itself and beautifully landscaped. We were here in a rather chilly October so didn't get out there too much but the fire pit throws very good heat and Monique has thought of everything including plush blanket throws. Speaking of Monique - she's definitely a premiere host. All the little touches she included: Beautiful fresh flowers on arrival (the kitchen arrangement was so well arranged that we thought it was fake for the first week), complimentary bottle of BC champagne, thoughtful additional umbrellas. Many little surprises here and there that you don't expect. The top of the line (Gaggenau) kitchen is fully equipped and Monique has provided everything you might need. LOVED the Nespresso coffee maker and milk frother (yes - she even provided the coffee pods). We didn't use the outdoor kitchen but I'm sure it's equally enjoyable. In short, West End is a delightful location, 1171 Jervis is a desirable, well designed condo building and Monique is a first class host. Stay here! We loved it.

I was born in Vancouver and live in Vancouver/Whistler for most of my life as a realtor.
I feel so lucky to have purchased this fantastic home in the West End which is the best area in all of the downtown core, with a fabulous community, beaches, convenient to everything. I love walking through all the residential street seeing the heritage buildings that started our city. My wish is to share this home while I am travelling with a minimum of one month rental (as per the development bylaws).

Why they chose this property

I love the West End - it is the true heart of Vancouver and has amazing heritage buildings, old estates, lots of trees and true community. There is every service necessary within two blocks and the beach and seawall is 5 minutes walk.

What makes this property unique

The patio is remarkable - and a very rare find in downtown Vancouver! To have 1100 SF outdoor living space with a built in kitchen is a dream. It creates such a private space and makes the home feel very spacious to have this massive area around the two walls of sliding doors. It is amazingly quiet when inside the home as well so it can be an exceptionally tranquil place to work from.
