Beautiful 5 bedroom log home on 2 acres in Penticton BC. Our place is perfect for families, reunions and groups. This lovely home is located 5 minutes from Skaha beach park and marina, and walking distance to two estate wineries. In summer, we enjoy the lakes, wine country and world class climbing at Skaha Bluffs Provincial Park which is just minutes from our door. In winter, the famous champagne powder at Apex ski resort is just 40 minutes away. In quiet hours, enjoy the mountain sheep and deer traipsing through the estate.

Ours is a quiet residential neighbourhood. Please be considerate of your neighbours. We use the suite downstairs and may be in residence during your stay.

There is parking for 4 cars for guests.

This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.

Excellent Property!!!
Our two families with 8 guests had lots of room to space out. The property was very well kept with the little extras you don't always get. Beach towels, detergents and spices etc. Mark and Shannon were wonderful hosts who greeted us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the place. We will rent again here if our travels bring us this way again.

Wonderful Log Home
Our family of nine had a terrific week in Penticton. The log home is very spacious, well furnished and extremely comfortable. The layout is great with a large deck and living room and a separate TV area. The location is very private, relaxing and convenient, close to lovely beaches, parks and wineries. We highly recommend it and will be booking this home again in the near future.
