The apartment is located within the Colenso Chambers building which was rebuilt after the 1931 earthquake in the style of Spanish Mission (originally as the County Hotel). Being right in the heart of Napier you have easy walking access to restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarkets, historic buildings, beach, museum and the Municipal Theatre. The apartment is located on the first floor with access via the wide stairs of two flights. The apartment has two bedrooms - one queen and one double with quality bedding. The lounge, dining room and kitchen offer an open beautiful space to spread out and enjoy. There are two outdoor spaces - the apartment balcony where you can sit and relax while enjoying city life roll by. Or the second space is an outdoor communal garden area where you can sit, perhaps enjoy outdoor dining, while forgetting the outside world within a tranquil private garden setting.
Guests will self check in and out using a lock box to access the keys. The apartment is on the first floor of a residential building. Entry is through the main lobby doors at street level. Once through these doors you enter the shared lobby space and take the stairs up to the first floor to Apartment 1. Access to the outdoor private garden area is via the lobby on the ground floor which also takes you to a gated rear entrance to the apartment block .

Our apartment is for you to enjoy in your own privacy. We do not live within the building but are only a phone call away should you need any help, advice or recommendations.
Parking: We provide a free car park which we lease in a car park building only a 3 minute drive or walk from the apartment. Outside the apartment is a 10 minute loading zone which lets you unload or repack your vehicle.
