This beautiful, spacious 100 sqm apartment, situated in the best location (close enough to the Old Town - 10 min walk, and far enough from city crowd), consist of fully equipped kitchen: stove, stove top, oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, nicely decorated living room, 2 double bedrooms with balcony, 2 bathrooms, both with shower. Hairdryer, washing machine and dryer are available, as well as an iron and ironing board.
Spacious living room with sofa which can be converted into a bed for two.
Balcony with chairs where you can enjoy your coffee or glass of wine. Guests will have access to free wi fi, SAT TV and aircondition in bedrooms, kitchen, living room and dinning area. Bus station is 3 min walk distance, and free parking on site.

This is a wonderful, clean, spacious apartment in a very convenient location.

There is a pleasant path into the old town which is about a 10 minute walk. It is up hill on the way back with quite a number of steps but as most of Dubrovnik is hilly with steps you need to be able to do steps to visit the area. Ivana is a charming host who made us most welcome. We strongly recommend this place for a comfortable stay in a wonderful town.

Perfect Place to Stay

Immaculate apartment with a full kitchen and laundry. Ivana met us at the apartment and showed us everything we needed to know. Very quiet, only 10 minute walk to Old Town.

Location, Location, Location

This apartment is in a great location. When we booked this, I thought we would be UBERing everywhere; no need. The apartment is next to a walk street that takes 10-15 minutes walk time to the old city. The walk is a little hilly with some steps, but a nice walk nonetheless. The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need. There are peekaboo views of the ocean from the decks. We did not cook, but the kitchen is equipped to do so if you choose. The best thing about the apartment is the a/c units in the bedrooms and livingroom- a rare thing for Europe. There are some steps up to the apartment, so be prepared for that. We managed 4 large suitcases with no problem. Ivana was insistent on helping us. She was a great host. We will definitely be staying here again when we return.
