About this property

Small, Cozy, Intimate & Clean.

A small home 550 sq. ft., not a tiny house, which is jogging distance to A&T, UNCG, Greensboro College, and downtown Greensboro. The home is located adjacent to Country Park, a 5-minute walk to the Natural Science Center, and 5 minutes to Guilford Military Park. Lake Brandt is less than a mile and is absolutely beautiful. You can rent boats or just hang out and have something to eat and enjoy nature. For nature lovers, the Piedmont trail is at the lake and you can walk or camp and enjoy peace, wildlife, and the woods.
The home has hardwood floors throughout, full-size laundry, 43" Tv in the master, 50" in living room wall. Second B/R have twins with a bonus sink. Smaller appliances so a large gathering would not work well here. Blackout curtains are added to b/r's, microwave, relaxing slider rocker, a private location with woods to one side and the back. A fence separates the home from the neighbor on the side. This home is really cute and I enjoy sharing it with others.

Cozy and Cute
This small house was just the ticket for our weekend race trip! It was easy to find, close to good restaurants, and had everything we needed for our getaway.

The house was cute for 2 people. We had a little trouble working the front door but once we got the hang of it, we had no problem. It was outside of the city which was nice. But it was along a fairly busy road. However it was convenient locations to everything.

The house was not clean. The Febreze smell was headache inducing. This property is not up to VRBO standards

Needs some upgrading
Yes, the house was cozy, clean, heating system was great and had good towels. We had to call the owner as we had problems locking the house when we first left. She responded quickly and resolved the problem. The doors to the bedrooms and bathroom had glass, so they were covered with blinds which banged when opening or closing the door, especially the bathroom door. Only one handle worked on the sink in the second bedroom and doors are falling apart on this vanity.
