Great Neighborhood and Home!
We spend a lot of time in Kauai, visiting close friends and generally we stay in a condo. Having this house right in the heart of the Princeville community and close to our friends was amazing. Being in this great house in this great neighborhood, made you feel like you were part of the community for a short little bit on this amazing island.

Spacious & Comfortable!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Plenty of room for our family of 5. The house was very clean, good amenities and great location. Good communication from Oceanfront. Only improvement would be to fix one of the blinds in the primary bedroom. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was lovely and charming. Oceanfront were very easy and provided timely information. The location was perfect for where we needed to be on island. The only improvements I would recommend are better cleaning (!) and a first aid kit including hydrogen peroxide. Will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our party of four had a great experience with this rental. The communications with the rental company were prompt, professional, friendly, and clear. We would’ve liked a regular sized coffee pot vs the tiny hotel-room-sized one on site but that’s a pretty minor inconvenience. We primarily spend time on the North Shore so this location was close. Wylie beach is within walking distance (1.4 mi) but it’s a bit steep so it’s not for everyone. Neighbors were super friendly. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Staying in a very nice 2 bedroom condo. Late in the evening there was a leak into master bathroom from unit above. Within 15 minutes we were moved to a beautiful home that was more expensive but we were not charged anymore.
