LOCATION Across the Street from gorgeous Section of Ft Lauderdale Beach--If you are looking for a change of scenery, this is a very private home & child friendly. You have bicycles to explore, outdoor Ping Pong, Smart TVs throughout, board games, & a cooks' kitchen.

Several pro athletes have visited & come back multiple times w/their families. Great location if you have work in Downtown Ft Lauderdale or even Miami. You can't get any closer to the beach, except by renting an oceanfront home @ 3 to 4 times the price (which we can assist you with since I also manage oceanfront homes).

This home is a prime location if you are an exhibitor @ the Boat Show-it's a 5 min walk 2 Bahia Mar & perfect 4 the festivals & special events City of Ft Lauderdale hosts literally across the street

Ft Lauderdale Airport is just 4 miles away-or perhaps you are like several of our guests & fly Private into the Ft Lauderdale Exec Airport.

BACKYARD & HEATED SALT WATER POOL

As you can see in the photos, the LARGE backyard is a tropical oasis just waiting 4 you & your guests to enjoy the amenities.

The extra high Concrete Walls & Lush Landscaping w/distant neighbors (who have not seen in 5 years) offer ultimate privacy while you enjoy the over-sized sparkling heated SALT WATER pool, a game of ping pong, & modern patio furniture (dining & lounge chairs).

A custom-built Gazebo offers comfortable seating, (great for reading a book-good conversation or relaxing w/a cold drink) shade & fan-driven breezes after your day in the sun @ the beach. It also has lighting for the evening.

Enjoy BBQing under the covered & lighted grille (especially important if an unexpected shower hits).

Home is stocked w/all the necessary items for full beach enjoyment - beach toys, chairs, cruiser-style bicycles, umbrella, towels, outdoor speaker, a rolling cooler & even a beach wagon to get to the sand & back.

Because we have been managing Luxury Vacation homes for over 20 years, we know what travelers want, & no detail has been overlooked.

Please make note NO CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES (even medical -- we are open to rescheduling dates with a hospital note -- with the EXCEPTION OF ALL HOLIDAYS, MUSIC FESTIVALS & Ft. Lauderdale Int'l Boat Show.)

Please check house rules -- & please be aware VRBO charges travelers a booking fee of up to 13% & there is a 4% credit card admin fee on all reservations as this is the only form of pymt VRBO accepts. Owner's do not cover this fee.

After Reservation is confirmed - a 2nd pymt request will be sent for cr card admin fee based on total cost of Reservation.

Rental Agreement will be sent to you via email for electronic signature and this must be signed before occupancy.

LEGALESE & NOTES - repeated

This home has a 3 nite min rental during Summer -- & typically 4 nights off Season. Winter months & Holiday weeks are 7 nite min. NO REFUNDS. Please note HOLIDAY WEEKS are not discounted and should there be a medical emergency, for Holidays, Music Festivals, or the Ft Lauderdale Int'l Boat Show, we are unable to reschedule your time.

1) There is a $150 to $200 Property Fee (based on # of occupants)
2) Cleaning Fee is $500 - 550 (based on # of occupants & length of stay)-this is exit cleaning fee for up to 8 guests-it is $100 more for 9+ guests. If you are super messy, we will take it out of damage deposit.
If your stay is longer than 10 nights, there will be a mid-stay cleaning charges (a cleaning every 3 weeks)
3) Our Team can arrange many Concierge Services including: A private chef, Photography, Car Service, Boat Rental, Therapeutic Massage. Please let us know, & we will assist you in booking.
4) No last minute booking discounts. We offer reasonable rates & a 5-star quality product.
4) The refundable damages deposit is $2,000 -$3,000 based on length of occupancy
5) We do not charge you to heat the pool
6) We deliver you a beautiful home-& expect to receive our home back in the same undamaged condition. If for some reason, you do break something, please let us know-accidents do happen. We are reasonable people. Do not try to hide it.
7) If you use a credit card, there is a 4% convenience fee on the entire charge-for international clients, the charge is 6-10 % (these percentages are what VRBO deducts from our fees).
8) There are NO gigantic discounts because of the corona virus-in fact, our homes are in GREATER DEMAND. IF you are booking ONE OR MORE MONTHS, we will offer you special pricing through November 14.
9) There are NO CANCELLATIONS after a confirmed reservation even in this season of COVID. Should someone in your party become ill, & you provide us with a Doctor's Note, we will be happy to reschedule your dates at a mutually agreeable time taking into account the exceptions noted above.

SAFETY

Our Housekeeping Team has been with us for over 13 years & are true professionals. They are following CDC Guidelines-wearing masks, being gloved & using hospital grade disinfectants. All Linens are bleached & we have 2 or more COMPLETE Sets of Linens for each House; what does this mean to you? The Linens you will be using will not have been from the guest who just left-not only will they have been washed & bleached in hot/warm water & dried at a high temp, it will have at least 7 nights or more before the Linens are used again.
