Completely renovated home with new paint, tile floor, furniture, beds, sheets and pillows. This 2 story 3Br, 2Ba home with a driveway for parking for up to 1-2 cars. The house has propane heaters available (no central heat); A/C in bedrooms for summer months! WIFI/Cable, 58’ Smart TV in the living room and one 42’ Smart TV in the master bedroom, washer/dryer!

From San Diego/US border the home is 16.4 miles (38 min drive)... A short walking distance to the ocean, only 1.8 miles (8 min drive) to Papas & Beer night club, other attraction areas: Puerto Nuevo, 12 miles (16 min drive), Ensenada is 51.6 miles (1.9 hr drive)

The space:

The house is perfect for a family get together up to 8 or a small group looking to be near all that Rosarito has to offer. Bedroom 1 has Queen size bed; Bedroom 2 has a Full size bed; Bedroom 3 has (2) Twin size beds. We can provide an air mattress to accommodate up to 8 guests.

Interaction with guests

The entire house and patio is yours to enjoy. We do not live here and there would be minimal availability from us. We do however have a maintenance person available for any emergency's.

Amazing Stay!

We had such an amazing stay! Cindy was beyond helpful and answered all my questions quickly. The home was updated and felt very cozy. It was very clean and comfortable! There was more than enough room for my friends and I. I loved the eclectic decor and style of the home! Cindy provided extra towels and blankets. The home is less than 10 minutes away from the main strip. I can’t wait to come back! Thank you Cindy!
