Just okay.
I want to start out by saying the property manager was very friendly. We did have quite a few issues though. The first day we got there, the refrigerator was leaking. It caused water to flood the extra front room with a daybed. When I called the property manager, he was able to have a plumber come out the next morning. That night when one of the guests went to use the back shower, the tub water would not turn off. The next morning the plumbers were there for quite a while fixing both problems. We had to continue to maneuver around them and the loud noises. Then, later that day, they brought two dehumidifiers for the wet floors. My sister had to empty the one dehumidifier for them. Obviously they had to come back to get the dehumidifiers so once again, another disruption on our vacation.
We also noticed many bugs in the back bedroom. According to Floridians we spoke to, they were little ants. They were on the dresser, nightstand, and in the closet. A little unsettling when our 20 month old is sleeping in this room in a pack n play.
There was no safe access into the canal for the kayaks. My nephews were using the rocks on the far right side to get into the kayaks when a sharp rock cut his foot. He ended up at the urgent care with 4 stitches. So, for the rest of the vacation he was unable to use the pool, the canal, or get in the ocean.
The pictures when we booked the place had a lanai. After booking, the pictures changed. No lanai.
Overall, we were not completely satisfied.
