Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved that the property had been updated and had an ocean glimpse. The location was great and value for money was good. The unit was clean except for the fans and the fan in the main living area kept turning on, so thinking someone else in the same unit has the same fan remote and it was turning ours on.

Nice place but not great

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A nice apartment out of the busy centre of Port Macquarie. But on a busy road and the walk to the beach was quite steep. No wifi! No books or DVDs. Good kitchen and bathroom. But bin in kitchen cupboard was full when I arrived and the bag was leaking. Some kitchen surfaces were sticky. Glad there were cleaning products provided. Some crockery was dirty on arrival. I took double bed linen and it wasn't big enough. BIRs were messy. Overall adequate but could be better.
