The place had not been cleaned. It had roaches. It was absolutely Disgusting

The place had not been clean. It was Disgusting. It had roaches. I have never had a bad experience until now. I took a ton of pictures of all the dirtiness. The floors were so gross.

Sugar Beach #245

Lovely view. We enjoyed that this end of the developed area wasn’t overcrowded. Shower stall in master bed/bath room was incredibly small. Overall the property was a good fit for us.

Disappointed

My family and I have stayed at the Sugar Beach Complex for the past 3 years. I’m fully aware that it’s an older complex but we have had good experiences until this visit. I chose a beach side condo with the expectations of having a nice condo. However, upon arrival we found beds poorly made, all linens had to be washed, moldy shower curtain, multiple light bulbs burnt out, remote to TV did not work and worn/torn/stained furniture. Upon entry to one of the bathrooms - a broken shelf hung with linens half folded. My family and I were excited to have beach side to enjoy the balcony and its view. We were unable to do that because the patio furniture was broken. There was one working folding chair. We used our own beach chairs. I reached out to the realty company twice to voice my concerns and allow them to have a response. To date, no one has contacted me. This is very disappointing and we will not be returning to this unit. A little TLC to this unit would go a long way.
