Spent a long weekend at this very comfortable Pinetop residence. Great location, roomy, clean and well appointed, large yard, quiet neighborhood. Owner a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

Great neighborhood and location. Nice big backyard. this place has potential but it is very dated and cleanliness was an issue. When we arrived there was a "SOLD" sign in the front yard and we had issues getting in as door was locked. While we stayed there the cabin had closed escrow. So not sure if the old owner was just checked out but I can only assume. Property manager was very responsive. Hopefully the new owner puts some Love and TLC into this place because it needs it and could be nice. But lots of deferred maintenance. Bathrooms are dated and could use an update. Kitchen is nice and open to family room but lots of old kitchenware in there and clutter. For example the coffee maker is very old and dirty. Doesn't have AC but a lot of portable units and free standing fans that don't seem to do much. Luckily we didn't need them much.

Beautiful Cabin

We really enjoyed our stay in Pinetop, in part due this beautiful cabin. The property was great, as advertised, and worked really well for our family and dogs!

Pinetop Cabin - Tall Pine

Property is very nice, in a great location, and exactly as described. Very quiet street. Great spot if you are traveling with dogs as back yard is sizable and completely fenced. House is well stocked with cooking supplies and extras (spices, seasonings, flatware, etc...).

Thanksgiving Getaway

The property was very nice. It had the right amount of bedrooms and bathrooms for our family stay. We couldn't use the game room because there was no heat and it was so cold it even snowed but it didn't stop us from enjoying our stay. We loved the snow, it was only an inch but covered the ground and the grandson (3 yrs) had never seen snow. It was great. We would do it again.

Nice cabin

The house was old and had some quirks for sure with very uneven floors but overall it was nice and had bathrooms for every bedroom. It has a good backyard and large driveway. We liked the ping pong table in the garage.

Had a great time. Comfortable. Loved having 3 bathrooms. Clean. Quirky, with some warped floors and old doors that don’t like to close easily. The Vrbo listing needs updated. We did not find ANY recliners. And the check in time was NOT 2:00pm like the Vrbo listing says. We had quite the adventure looking for the ping pong balls, and we only found 1 stake for horseshoes. We had to go into town to buy a lighter so we could light the fire in the living room. We really did love having a fireplace though!

Ski trip

Great place to stay with my adult kids for a weekend ski trip. There was plenty of room for all of us. Beautiful kitchen, living area, master areas. It seems the hot water heater might be a bit small. Showers ran out of hot water quickly. That might be a good thing to know going in so you don’t end up in a cold shower like some of us did. Overall loved it! 10/10 would stay again!

If you need a lot of space for kids and dogs, this is a good place to rent. Some general maintenance on the property would make it a bit more appealing (light bulbs out, horseshoes, but no stakes or mallet, bike tires flat), but lots of room for many people. Check for cleanliness when you arrive!

Very nice cozy home

This cabin is conveniently located near town but it feels very private. Nice fenced backyard. Very clean. Nice Arizona room where you can look outside and enjoy the outdoors while eating meals. Open concept. Property manager answers very quickly. Pet friendly. Beautiful neighborhood for walks. Very friendly neighbors. Reasonably priced.

Nice stay in the Pines

This seems to be a cabin thats been added on to. It was clean and the location was in the wonderful Pinetop Country Club. Just wish it had been build with more cooling and ceiling fans in the bed rooms. Don't know what it would be like in the winter. I stayed in the room with the children and no vents for heating or cooling and only a lamp for light. Overall it was fine.

Great time in Pinetop.

The property worked very well for us. Property has a number of maintenance issues and the cleaners were not very good. Spent a lot of time cleaning myself.

My reservation said check in was 2pm but when we got there the cleaning person said check in was 4pm. She was very nice and tried to hurry and clean. We could not get the air conditioning to work and we were very hot.

Disappointment

We arrived just after our scheduled check in time to find the cleaning crew still on the premises. The crew greeted us and offered to supply anything we needed but as we had just arrived we did not have time to survey the premises before they left. Pillows and comforter for the master bedroom were left on the floor. The house was dusty and wood chips near the fireplace had not been vacuumed up. There was no soap, shampoo, Kleenex.The house is in disrepair and there are several cracks in the wall from what appears to be foundation settlement. Some doors were difficult to close or did not stay closed. The coffee table in the living room was very wobbly.The floors throughout the house were sagging, so much so that the dresser drawers would not stay closed.One electrical outlet was damaged and another not secured properly.The ping pong table was held together with bungee cords and nearly collapsed while we were using it. Not recommended

New year

The place is not how it looks in the pictures . It has a bad odor and it’s not cleaned properly . The sofas were full of dog hair , the bedroom with the bunk beds do not have a latter and the bathroom door in that same room gets stuck , making it impossible to open unless someone in the outside opens it for you by pushing it very hard. One of the other bedrooms has see-through curtains allowing who ever is in the living room to see into the room.They should not charge for cleaning . Overall this is not a nice place to stay. I do not recommend it .

Perfect family retreat

We loved our whole experience. The property is beautiful and very accommodating to us, our adult children, our baby grandson and the dogs. We love that there are 3 full bathrooms (2 en- suite). The big kitchen was so great and the large dining room and patio table were perfect for our family meals. Our only problem was a plugged up toilet when we got there; we were able to unclog it ourselves, but management was ready to jump in if need be. She really apologized for a plumbing mis-communication that occurred right before we got there. We were welcomed with nice treats. All in all a pretty ideal stay!❤️

Overall great, but …

Great house, great location, great amenities. The only thing that bothered us was there were a lot of existing pet stains on the carpets and we also felt a little itchy the whole time. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.
