About this property

ISTANA is a comfortable 3 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 6 guests (8 with 2 trundles - suitable for children only), absolute beachfront on a small cliff top with excellent sea views .

Open plan kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer, dining, lounge with TV/DVD, reverse cycle split system air-conditioner, bathroom with shower and vanity, separate w/c.

No washing machine - you can use the coin operated washing machines at the Point Turton Caravan Park.

Outdoor setting, gas BBQ, plenty of room for the boat.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - double, bed 2 - double, bed 3 - 2 singles plus 2 trundles (suitable for children only).

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to take your own linen - pillow cases, sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Dogs negotiable - $100 refundable pet bond will apply (property not fenced). You will need to contact office staff if you would like to take your dog.

This property is a short drive out of Pt Turton which has a General Store with general groceries, bait, ice, fuel, delicious baked pastries and take away food.

Lovely quiet spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed there in late February. The place was very clean but as previously mentioned in the last post the barbecue needed a good clean and yes I do believe that the beds need to be upgraded to Queen size. Apart from that, it is a lovely spot, and will definitely stay there again, despite my previous comments. Thank you for making this property available for rent.

Great location on the reef beach and quiet

There is plenty of space and 3 good size bedrooms and well equipped kitchen and open living area with outside undercover area for eating out on barmy nights. Great shower although water pump gets noisy. Fantastic location with tidal flows over the reef, variety of birds and restful seas.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay. We love the location, the house has a lot of space and it's dog friendly. This time the cleaning wasn't as good. One bedroom smelt of cigarettes and the BBQ had a build up of fat and hadn't been cleaned. Also it would be a nice addition to have one queen bed with a nicer mattress the double mattresses were very thin and firm. We learnt from the first time and bought a thick pillow topper with us. We love the place and look past these things because it is a special spot. Thank you for making it available to us.
