About this property

Located in Washington in the District of Columbia region, the Apartment features accommodation with free WiFi. Each unit offers a fully equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV with FREE NETFLIX, a living room with a sofa, a private bathroom and a washing machine. Some units feature a seating area and/or a terrace. Guests can make use of the hot tub and fitness centre. Guests can also relax in the garden, beside the outdoor swimming pool, or in the shared lounge area. 2 minutes walk to the Metro Station and Waterfront

You are free to use the TV (with Netflix only).

Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $50 per pet per stay. Restrictions apply. This will be collected separately, prior to your arrival.

Parking is available onsite and is on first come first serve basis, reservation is needed at $15/day.

A $200-$500 refundable security deposit might be asked upon booking.

Our standard check-in time is after 4PM - no check-in end time.

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in and must be staying at the property.

There is a Limited paid parking available on first come first served basis. Reservation is needed and it cost $25 per day per car plus a $125 refundable parking deposit which will be refunded once our Garage FOB and Parking Tag are returned accordingly.

Lovely Place

We stayed her for a weekend junket to enjoy DC. There were four of us. So, the size was perfect with the two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The kitchen was well appointed. This apartment made for a great base for our adventures. I would stay here again.

Great location. Great facilities. Great staff

The check in process is so easy. The entire apartment was spotless. My kids loved the pool and workout area. We loved walking to the Wharf district, Starbucks and even the Native American Museum. Great staff. Great vacay.

Girls trip DC

We had an excellent stay. The condo is spacious, clean, and convenient to the Wharf, National Mall, and the Navy Yard. There are bus stops right outside of the condo and grocery stores/ restaurants within walking distance. We definitely would stay again.
