Affordable neat & clean Ship Bottom Bay Side Home.This seven bedrooms/three baths home fits friends & family under one roof. Midway between ocean and bay. Walk to everything Ship Bottom has to offer!

Beach Badges are needed in the summer season. Children ages 12 and under are not required to wear a beach badge. Seasonal badges available to use at a discount basis for guests. Pre-order is suggested as the supply is limited call Property Manager for more information.
Seniors 65+ can purchase annual badge for $10. at SB borough hall M-F 9am-4pm. Active Military, their dependents and veterans do not need a badge. Valid military Id must be shown to beach badge checker.
Beach Wheels for Handicapped access to the beach are available at Beach Operations Headquarters. Beach Wheels are available with advance reservation by calling the Ship Bottom Beach Patrol.

Ramps are available for the physically challenged at 4th, 8th, 9th, 14th, 15th, 19th, 20th, 21st, and 25th Streets. Lifeguards are on duty from 10:00am through 5:00pm in season

Garage use is for beach supplies only.
Family rentals only. No young group rentals.

No smoking, and no pets permitted.
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING: Please note, all guests must agree/complete a Rental Agreement within 48hrs of reservation being made. Final confirmation of the booking is made upon completing the rental agreement and final owner approval. Unless otherwise stated rentals are one week minimum and typically Saturday to Saturday. Great for family and friends

We loved this house, well appointed kitchen in an open floor plan, large king master with bath, easy walk to beach or bay. Steps from entry up to main living level. Laundry room has extra fridge, always helpful. Street parking available.

House was beautiful! Enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, bathrooms beautiful and house so clean. Thank you!

Ship Bottom 2020

The house and location are great. But the kitchen and dining area floors were dirty. There were NO smoke alarms in ANY bedroom. One of the knobs on the range needed replacing. Overall, we had a great time with 7 adults and 5 children from 1-4 years old.
